This app ("Shubham Social Assistant") is used only by Shubham Jewellers, Rehti (MP), to manage its own Instagram business account @shubham_j_rehti.
When you comment on our posts or send us a direct message, Instagram shares that comment or message with us, along with your Instagram username and an account ID.
If you choose to share your name, mobile number, city or what you would like to buy, we save it so our shop staff can call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry. Sharing these details is optional.
We use it only to reply to you, either in the comments or by direct message, and to answer your questions about our jewellery. Replies may be drafted with the help of an AI service (Anthropic Claude). We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Comments and messages are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your enquiries, then deleted.
To have your data deleted, send us a direct message on Instagram saying "delete my data", or follow the steps on our data deletion page. We delete it within 7 days.
